Villa with sea view on Elba Island, at only 50m from the sea, in a small village called Norsi which belongs to the town of Capoliveri. The villa is surrounded by mediterranean vegetation and is situated right by the uncontaminated beach of Norsi, in the so-called Stella Gulf, where you can go sunbathing or swimming with view on the Island of Montecristo.

The villa is located in a beautiful panoramic position, with tall windows facing the sea, which you can reach by following a private path through the mediterranean scrub. The house is new and has a surface of 200sqm on two floors, one of which is partly below street level, yet bright and dry because the house has been built with the latest modern techniques. The villa has a large panoramic terrace with garden furniture like a table, chairs and sun loungers. Inside there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, four bedrooms, one of which with four beds, which is very appropriate for children, three bathrooms, one on the upper floor and two on the lower floor, a roomy kitchen with stone top and a storage room, with an oven and a dishwasher. There are covered parking spaces.

Please note that inside the house smoking is not allowed! The restitution of the warranty deposit is, amongst others, subject to the observance of this house rule. Furthermore it is important to know that the third floor of the villa is an attic apartment which is inhabited, but with an independent entrance on the back of the house, which in any case guarantees your privacy.

Norsi beach, which is situated just under the villa, is a quite long beach, about 400m. It is located in the Stella Gulf (Golfo Stella) together with other beaches like Acquarilli, Felciaio and Lido. It is partly composed of fine dark sand and partly mixed with small black shingles.The water is very shallow till quite far out, which makes going into the sea very easy. In some areas there are some stones and rocks between the shore and the sea. Going into the water from the left handside of the beach is a little more complicated, because there are large stones right at the water's edge. The beach on the right handside is more suitable for children. The typical, dense mediterranean scrub that grows right down to the beach gives it a somewhat untouched and natural appearance. In the summer months there are two small bars and a small part of the beach is exploited with rental of sun umbrellas and sun loungers.
