This holiday home with pool is situated in Tuscany near Colle di Val d'Elsa. It is an old medieval village which has been renovated preserving all the charm of the typical architectural structures of the middle ages like staggered roofs, porticoes, terraces and stone walls. The park of the holiday home spreads among the farmhouse units and includes a nice swimming-pool (11x8m), a solarium (10x10m), and a green lawn shaded by mulberry trees, pines, oaks and cypresses. The whole village is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and it is located on a plateau in the heart of the Tuscan wine territory of Chianti Colli Senesi. This holiday home with pool is well positioned between Siena and Florence, which is an absolute plus if you want to visit some of Tuscany's most important historical cities.  Also the Palio of Siena is a spectacular event that you should have experienced at least once when you're on holiday around here.

 

Next to the pool and the park a spacious charming hall with stone walls, wooden beams and a big fireplace is available for the guests. It is a perfect location for weddings, ceremonies and parties.

The apartments, wisely renovated, are comfortable and functional but maintain the charm and colours of a past time. Inside, they keep their authenticity, thanks to the typical furnishing, cotto floors and wooden beam ceilings. Each holiday home has a fully equipped masonry kitchen and telephone service.

In this holiday home, completely immersed in nature, you will spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

 

In less than an hour you can reach the cities of art of Siena (35 km) and Florence (55 km). Other interesting towns worth visiting and within easy reach from this well positioned holiday home are San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Certaldo, Volterra, and the towns in the Chianti area. On Fridays there is a weekly market in Colle di Val d'Elsa. If you are staying here on July 2nd or August 16th, you can attend the Palio of Siena, the most important event of Tuscany. Conditions

The price includes VAT, the consumption of electricity, water and gas and the use of bed linen and towels (weekly change). Final cleaning charges (50,00- 70,00- 80,00 euro) have to be paid extra upon departure. The cleaning of the kitchen corner and the removal of rubbish have to be taken care of by the client. Heating (if necessary) is charged extra. Baby bed and/or extra bed 25,00 euro per week. Domestic animals can be allowed on request at 20,00 euro per week.

Check-in between 16.00h and 19.00H, check-out before 10.00H, exceptions only upon request. Upon arrival you will be asked to leave a security deposit of 150,00 euro.

Your stay in this accommodation is subject to the payment of a local tourist tax.

Booking conditions

To confirm a booking a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay has to be paid to Alba Toscana Immobiliare within 48 hours. You will receive the final confirmation of your booking upon receipt of this deposit. The balance will have to be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty for cancellations within 30 days before the date of arrival. After this term a penalty of 30% of the value of the whole stay will be charged.
