On the ground floor of the villa in Tuscany there is a large open area consisting of a sitting room with open fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster, a large portico located adjacent to the kitchen and living room providing an outdoor dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a disabled-access shower, a second bedroom with twin beds and finally a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor of the holiday house there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with whirlpool bath, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds and a small bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and in the hallway a bathroom with shower. 

The villa has airconditioning, heating, satellite-TV, Hi-Fi system, a laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron and a barbecue. You can relax near the pool. Pets are also welcome.

Lucignano’s small museum has a rich array of precious and interesting objects, and you can visit the 14th century church of San Francesco which has frescoes by Bartolo di Fredi.
